Up to 25% travel to active campuses for schedule reviews, look-ahead planning, and recovery sessions with site teams.
About SWI Digital
SWI Digital is the US digital-infrastructure platform of SWI Group, a Euronext Amsterdam-listed investment group with roughly $12 billion of assets under management. Formed from SWI Group's controlling acquisition of Genesis Digital Assets, SWI Digital holds an energized, grid-connected land bank and develops large-scale data center capacity for AI and high-performance computing in the world's largest market for that demand.
The Role
On a self-perform data center program, the schedule is not a report. It is the plan the field builds to, the basis for every trade buyout and equipment commitment, and the document the tenant, the lenders, and the investment committee hold us to. The Scheduler owns that plan for SWI Digital's campuses.
This is an owner's-side role inside the project delivery organization. You will build and maintain the integrated master schedule for each campus in Primavera P6, tying together site work, on-site power and energization, shell and MEP construction, long-lead equipment deliveries, permits, commissioning, and tenant ready-for-service dates. You will be the final authority on logic and float, you will defend the plan to project executives and leadership, and when a site starts to slip you will have the recovery scenario ready before anyone asks for it.
What You'll Own
• Integrated master schedule — Build and maintain the P6 master schedule for each campus from pre-construction through turnover: WBS, activity logic, calendars, constraints, resource loading where it matters, and a critical path that reflects how the site will actually be built.
• Schedule integrity — Be the final word on logic and float. Run DCMA 14-point or equivalent health checks on every update, keep the baseline controlled, and defend the plan to project executives, trade partners, and leadership.
• Cross-function integration — Translate drawings, long-lead equipment delivery dates from the supply chain function, utility and ISO milestones, permit timing, and commissioning test windows into one schedule the delivery, design, and commissioning leads all plan against.
• Progress and forecasting — Run the monthly update cycle with site teams: status, remaining durations, and forecast completion. Produce look-aheads, milestone trend charts, and the schedule narrative for the CDO, investment committee, and lender reports.
• Risk and recovery — Spot slippage early, run what-if and time-impact scenarios, and build recovery options with the project executive before the milestone is at risk. Maintain schedule risk registers and, where warranted, quantitative risk analysis.
• Trade partner schedules — Set the scheduling requirements in trade contracts, review and integrate subcontractor schedules, and hold partners to their logic and dates.
• Standards and tooling — Establish SWI Digital's scheduling standard: activity coding, milestone definitions, update procedures, and reporting templates that scale across campuses as the portfolio grows.
What You Bring
• 8+ years of construction scheduling, with expert, hands-on command of Oracle Primavera P6. • Experience scheduling hyperscale data center, power generation, or large mission-critical and industrial projects, ideally on the owner's side.
• Fluency in CPM theory and schedule quality standards such as the DCMA 14-point assessment, and the judgment to know when a schedule is lying.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings and specifications and turn them into buildable logic.
• A record of integrating long-lead equipment procurement, utility and interconnection milestones, permits, and commissioning into a single master schedule.
• Comfort presenting and defending a schedule in the room, and working directly with site leadership rather than from a distance.
What Sets You Apart
• PSP (AACE), PMI-SP, PMP, or a comparable scheduling credential.
• Schedule risk analysis experience: Monte Carlo simulation with tools such as Primavera Risk Analysis, Safran Risk, or Acumen Fuse.
• Forensic delay analysis, time-impact analysis, and claims support on large projects. • Experience with Last Planner or pull planning, and 4D BIM tools such as Navisworks or Synchro. • Scheduling on behind-the-meter or islanded power programs where generation and substation work shared a critical path with the data hall.
• Experience producing schedule reporting for project finance lenders or a publicly listed parent.
